The company owns an 80% interest in CAML Exploration, an early-stage exploration opportunity in Kazakhstan, and a 28.4% interest in Aberdeen Minerals Ltd, focused on the exploration and development of base metals opportunities in northeast Scotland. The company operates the SX-EW copper recovery plant at Kounrad, near the city of Balkhash in central Kazakhstan. This facility recovers copper from waste dumps that originated from the Kounrad open-pit copper mine. The Sasa mine is located in north-eastern North Macedonia, over 150 kilometers (km) east of the capital city, Skopje, and 10 km north of the local town, Makedonska Kamenica.
