Musaffa, LLC is a U.S. SEC-registered investment adviser (RIA) (CRD #338525 / SEC #801-134527). Musaffa provides education, research, Shariah compliance screening, purification and zakat calculation tools (“Non-Advisory Services”), self-directed investment recommendations advisory services (“Recommendation Advisory Services”), and discretionary portfolio management services (“Managed Portfolios”). Recommendation Advisory Services and Managed Portfolios are collectively referred to as the “Advisory Services,” and together with the Non-Advisory Services, the “Services.” Musaffa and its parent and affiliates ("Musaffa", "us", "we" or "our") provide the Services via its website at www.musaffa.com (the “Website”) and a mobile application (the “App”) and all associated tools, features, functionality and services (collectively the “Musaffa Platform”).

No Offer or Solicitation

Except where Musaffa expressly provides Advisory Services under an advisory client agreement and contract, nothing provided through Non-Advisory Services or in any of Musaffa’s Content made available through any media channel should be construed as a fatwa, solicitation, offer, opinion, or recommendation to enter into any securities transactions or services regarding the profitability or suitability of any security or investment, or to engage in any of the investment strategies. Under Non-Advisory Services, Musaffa allows you to view stocks, you can buy or sell stocks solely through your brokerage account supported on Musaffa Platform. Musaffa LLC has entered into a clearing agreement with Alpaca Securities LLC, a member of FINRA and SIPC, for execution and clearing of trades. All trades are conducted through third-party broker-dealers.

While we provide insights into Shariah-compliant securities and socially responsible companies (e.g., companies that do not engage in arms sales, alcohol sales, gambling, etc.), it is your sole responsibility to verify the suitability and appropriateness of any investment strategy, related transaction, or securities screening suggestion based on your individual investment experience, financial resources, goals, values, and personal circumstances.
